Quote/Invoice

SlabWare´s main goal is to make your life easier! That´s why we´ve redesigned the Quote´s PDF and added more options to it.

In order to check how it looks like now, please take the following step by step:

First, go to Orders > List of Orders:

  

Select the quote:





The Quote page will be open:





To be able to see the PDF’s updates, click  “Generate PDF” button:




Now  it´s up to you to show  the drawing, the measures and the layout:

 

Hide prices by clicking the Amount checkbox:

 

That´s how it will look like. Notice the values are still displayed at the bottom of the page:

 


You can hide notes on the Description box and also hide the total amount info:


 

It allows you to add more lines:

 

Group the lines together:

 

The sync button´s function is to reset any changes you have previously made. That way, the pdf will be back to its original content.

Finally, you can save any changes, attach the customized pdf to the quote´s page, generate the link to collect customer´s signature digitally and send the pdf to your customer by email.
