SLABWARE values your privacy and protects the information provided by users. This policy describes how we collect, use, and store information when using our system.

  • User’s email address
  • Information related to orders and customer communications
  • Device location (latitude and longitude), only with your permission and while you are traveling to a job, including when the app is in the background
  • Photos taken with the camera, and photos, files and documents you choose to attach
  • Audio recordings, only when you use voice input

2. How We Use the Data

  • Sending direct emails to customers
  • Order notifications and status updates
  • Newsletters and important communications
  • Location: to show your company and its customers your real-time progress and arrival when traveling to a job. Collection stops when the trip ends
  • Camera: to take photos of slabs, bundles and jobs, and to scan QR codes and labels
  • Photos and files: to attach images and documents to orders, jobs and inventory
  • Microphone: to transcribe your voice input into text

Note: Sending emails through the user’s Gmail account only occurs if the user authorizes access via OAuth. Without this permission, emails will not be sent through Gmail.

Note: Location, camera, photos, files and microphone are accessed only with your permission, which you can revoke at any time in your device settings. Location data is not used for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

  • Data is used exclusively by the SLABWARE system
  • For sending emails, we may use Google services (Gmail API), only with user authorization. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • While you are traveling to a job, your location is shared with the customer you are traveling to. We use Google Maps services to convert coordinates into addresses.
